We strive to deliver all orders as fast as we can, and once it has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking number and link to track your shipment.

Delivery might be delayed if it met the following situations, inclement weather, package congestion, custom clearance, etc.

FREE DELIVERY

Arrangement of free delivery for orders within Hong Kong: free freight charge per order for 1 shipment if the order reaches the specified net amount of HKD $2,500 or above. Additional fees will be charged for remote areas.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Door-to-door delivery service is available and is applicable within areas of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories which can be accessed by motor vehicles on paved roads (excluding outlying islands, remote areas, closed areas, hotel address, P.O. Box and Post Box etc.). Additional fees of HKD $200 will be charged for remote areas.

DELIVERY SERVICE FOR BULKY PARCEL

Extra charges will be billed to the customer if the parcel is over 2kg for overseas areas. We will contact the customers by email regarding the extra payment. Once the payment is settled, we will arrange the shipment.

We may fail to arrange delivery if customer orders two or more items with total price over RMB800 for China areas. So, we recommend that you make your orders separately to avoid any rejections from shipping company.

 

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse a shipment from TO ZERO, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to TO ZERO.

If the order fails to reach the customer’s delivery address due to wrong information provided by the customer or any other reasons attributable to the customer’s fault, the order will be returned to Hong Kong. In such cases, all expenses incurred due will be deducted from the refund, if any.

 

IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES

Please be advised that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the destination country.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by TO ZERO. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

In some occasions packages may be delayed due to custom clearance.

 

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

Customers should check local postal regulations for restricted items, as TO ZERO cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the destination country.

 

REMARKS

1) Depending on the on-site environment, the customer may need to pay additional charge for extra services provided.

2) The customer is required to pay for the additional fee of HK$50/each floor for each piece if the delivery address cannot be reached by lift.

3) Service provider will contact the customer by email if the goods are not delivered successfully. We are not responsible for any unsuccessful delivery because of inaccurate delivery address. We will not be able to arrange delivery service if customer only provide a post office box address.
